Gallipoli, which took place during World War I at the entrance of the Dardanelles the famous battle of the same name, has three enclaves on Upper Street, almost next to each other, only separated by twenty feet each, shortly before the King's Head Theatre, where we came to appreciate HMS Pinafore by Gilbert & Sullivan played by a band with reduced a piano duet. It is a Turkish restaurant and it is very good with goat cheese over toasted with honey, vegetable lasagna and hearty premium, traditional grilled meat with rice of the finest.
